MRCOOL® Central Hyper Heat 36K 3-Ton Ducted Heat Pump Condenser (230V)
The MRCOOL® Central Hyper Heat 36K (3-Ton) Condenser is engineered for homeowners who need maximum performance in extreme climates without sacrificing efficiency. Built with DC inverter and variable-speed technology, this 2nd Generation Hyper Heat system delivers smooth, consistent comfort through freezing winters and high-heat summers.
With a strong 17.4 SEER2 efficiency rating and 37,000 BTU of heating capacity, this condenser is designed for cold-climate performance where traditional heat pumps lose efficiency. It pairs perfectly with the MRCOOL® VersaPro® 3-Ton Central Ducted Air Handler and is also compatible with dual-fuel installations using gas or electric furnaces, giving installers and homeowners full system flexibility.
The system operates on R-454B refrigerant, a next-generation low-GWP refrigerant that meets modern environmental standards. The outdoor unit features a painted galvanized steel cabinet, quiet operation at 62.5 dBA, and complete WiFi and app-based control via the (sold separately) MRCOOL® Smart Thermostat.
