Yes, the MRCOOL DIY Series is specifically designed for amateur installation. It features pre-charged Quick Connect line sets that do not require specialized tools or a certified HVAC technician to charge the system.
What is your return policy for HVAC equipment?
We accept returns on new, uninstalled equipment within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items must be in their original packaging, and customers are responsible for return freight shipping costs.
Do MRCOOL units come with a warranty?
Yes, MRCOOL products come with a manufacturer's warranty. The DIY Series, for example, offers a limited lifetime compressor warranty when registered online within 60 days of installation.
What should I do if my shipment arrives damaged?
It is critical to inspect your delivery before signing the BOL (Bill of Lading). If you notice visible damage, note it clearly on the driver's paperwork and contact our support team immediately so we can file a claim.
