This professionally balanced hybrid system pairs the MRCOOL® DIY 5th Generation 48K Multi-Zone Condenser with a 36,000 BTU DIY Hybrid™ ducted air handler and a 9,000 BTU OuttaSight® one-way ceiling cassette, creating a clean, modern HVAC layout that blends central ducted comfort with targeted zone control.

 

The 36K ducted air handler delivers quiet, evenly distributed airflow through ductwork—ideal for large living spaces, basements, or whole floors—while the 9K ceiling cassette discreetly conditions bedrooms, offices, or bonus rooms without using wall space.

 

Thanks to MRCOOL® DIY QuickConnect® technology, installation is simplified using pre-charged R-454B refrigerant line sets, eliminating the need for vacuum pumps, gauges, or licensed refrigerant handling.
